A spokesperson for the Bavarian State Police told Business Insider that the 39-year-old Norwegian, who hasn't been named, is under investigation for trespassing and fare evasion. On August 4, he boarded a plane to Hamburg, in the north of Germany, with other passengers but was apprehended and handed over to police before it took off, according to the spokesperson.
